Our crew manning division is a team of highly experienced and dynamically motivated personals from the field of Marine, Diving, and having core technical knowledge in the field of Ships crew manning in Deck, Engine and Galley department.

Crew management services

The crew is the most important factor in ship management and the quality of the people working onboard a vessel is the key to success. As crew managers we undertake the full scope of management operations required by our ship-owner clients, ensuring that each vessel we are responsible for is manned with qualified and well-trained officers and ratings. We perform all crew-related functions including recruitment and selection, labors/union relations, long-term strategic planning and pool arrangements, training, education and safety-instruction courses, P&I claims relating to officers and ratings, mustering, travel arrangements, provision, allotments, budgeting and accounts.

Crew management

?We understand the quality of officers and crew are the most important factor in the management of a vessel. Thus, our crew management services apply the highest standards of HR management.

Our entirely web-based personnel administration system gives real-time access to all personnel data as well as digital copies of all relevant licenses and course diplomas. The system also facilitates detailed planning and statistical analysis.
 

Crewing Services Include:

• Crew management, including: crew planning, crew processing, database management, follow-up cases, crew accounting, payroll and allotments and crew travel.
• Crew recruitment from a global network of 12 manning offices in key maritime centers.

Our Company Policy
The following policies are laid down in selecting officers and crews for our principals.
1. All candidates completed training courses for the respective positions and ranks.
2. All candidates must possess genuine travel documents and certificates.
3. Based upon the laid on policy of above, our team of experienced Master and engineer who have more than a decade of crew manning experiences, selected suitable candidates. We choose the best for our principals.

Documents and Certificates
Documents and Certificates are verified if they are genuine and comply with I.M.O and STCW 95 as amended and ISM Code.

Vessel Types
Vessel types include Product, Gas and Chemical Tankers, Reefer Vessels, Container Vessels, Passenger Ships, Fisheries and General Cargo Vessels.
According to principals request and requirement, we can supply complete, partial or single crew from the rank of Mess boy, ordinary seaman, to Master and Chief Engineers for all type of vessels.

Pre-employment Medical Examination
We ensure that all the seafarers will have a medical clearance from medical centers accredited by the respective country’s Department of Marine Administration.

Officer /Crew Nationalities
 We offer Officers/Crew from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

Our Services & Our Intention
We will provide our principals, a long term man power pool of qualified officers, engineers crews and highly disciplined hotel, food and beverage Crews.

Crewing is for us one of the most important factors in running our ships. We have established a pool of highly-qualified officers and ratings for our fleet, focusing on the on-going demand for experienced officers and ratings in an internationally expanding merchant fleet.

We are continuously investing time and energy in increasing the capabilities of our seafarers. To meet future challenges we are developing new crewing sources, searching after new training centers and improving our cooperation with local crewing agencies.

All expenses related to recruiting officers and crew through our company will be bear/borne by ourselves including air tickets. We will not charge any Fees for recruitment from our principals.
