SUEZ CANAL, Egypt (Sept. 23, 2008)
The amphibious transport dock ship USS San Antonio (LPD 17) transits through the Suez Canal.
San Antonio is deployed as part of the Iwo Jima Expeditionary Strike Group supporting maritime security operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
